The short version
Every Cracked ad is made with AI, from a real brand's own material and what its real customers say.
Sweet Addison's real ad. At 0:23 it sings the highlighted line, from a real review, as written.
“No joke. The BEST cookies iv ever had. My only regret is i cant stop eating them”
(a Sweet Addison's customer)
What the AI does on every ad
- read the store page and reviews
- write the words
- make the voices and music
- cut the shop's own clips
- Words in quotation marks are a real customer's, as written.
- The photos and clips come from the shop itself.
- No AI voice or face is a copy of a real person.
- Your shop? DM @mewdriver “down” and our post comes down within 24 hours.
What AI does
Reads the brand's public store page and reviews.
Writes the script, and the words of any song, from the brand's own page and what its customers say.
Makes the voices, any singing and the music.
Picks and cuts the brand's own photos and clips, and in some ads draws characters or scenes.
What's real
Words shown in quotation marks are a real customer's words, from a real review, as written. The rest of an ad is written from the brand's own page and its reviews, and isn't a quote.
The product photos and clips come from the brand itself.
No AI voice or face is a copy of a real person.
How we label it
Our posts carry Instagram's AI label. Previews carry our mark.
Ads on @mewdriver are made by Cracked, often for brands that didn't ask. We never say a brand made or approved one.
If it's your brand and you want our post down, DM @mewdriver “down” and it comes down within 24 hours.
Your material
What you give us is used to make your ad. We don't use it to train AI models.
AI gets things wrong sometimes. Watch your ad before you run it.
Want a change?
You see your ad before you pay. If we sent it to you in a DM, ask there for up to two changes before you pay, included. Once you've paid, it's final. Not right? Full refund for 7 days after you pay.
