Who sells
Cracked is run by Nullware LLC ("we"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What you buy
3 finished short video ads, made from your own footage, photos, reviews and offer, taken from your site and the ads you already run, with the facts on screen checked against your own site. Each opens a different way, each comes as a version with a song and a silent version, and all 3 arrive within 3 days of paying, with one round of changes. You give us your store link and your email, nothing else. 3 ads cost $97, paid once. The first 20 orders pay $49 instead, and those buyers agree we may show their ads as examples of our work, on our site and our social accounts, and that we may email them about a week after delivery to ask how the ads did. We quote what they tell us only with their OK on the exact words. The price is shown before you pay.
Monthly plan
New ads every week, priced by your ad spend. It is agreed by email before it starts, with its price, what it includes and how to end it written down. Nothing is charged for it before you agree.
Videos
A video is one short clip made from one product photo, in the effect you picked. One video costs $2.99 for your first and $4.99 for each one after. The photo must be of a product that is yours to use: an automatic check refuses photos with a face or a person, anyone who could be under 18, adult or violent content, and famous brands, before you pay. Video payments are processed by Link, from Stripe, as the seller of record, which handles sales tax and sends your receipt. We make a set number of videos each day; when they are gone the page says so and checkout closes until midnight UTC.
How they are made
We use AI video tools for shots you do not have, so some come out wrong. A person checks every ad before it reaches you, and anything wrong with your product is redone free.
Your material
Order only for a store you run or are allowed to act for. We use its own footage, photos, reviews and claims, in its words, and we remove any claim you flag. We can refuse an order we cannot make, and then you get the full price back.
Using the ads
The ads are yours to post and to run as ads, paid ads included. For paid ads, use the silent version: the song version is for regular posts on platforms that license music, and songs are not licensed for ads. You decide what runs, and you are responsible for how you use them.
No promised results
We do not promise sales, ROAS or any other result. Your own numbers decide which ads keep running.
Refunds
If you do not like the 3 ads, email hello@trycracked.app within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full price. No questions. Everything else: see Refunds.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is what you paid for it. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to that purchase.
