What happens when something is not right.
If an ad looks wrong
If your product looks wrong in any ad (the label, a color, the shape), tell us on your order page and we redo it free.
Changes
One round of changes for anything else is included, asked for on your order page.
The $97 pack
If you do not like the 3 ads, email hello@trycracked.app within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full price. No questions. Once refunded, the ads leave your order page. If we cannot make your ads, we refund the full price.
Monthly plan
How to end it is written into the plan you agree to by email before it starts.
Videos
If a video fails to make, or the safety check refuses the photo, try again at no charge. If it comes out wrong, tap "Didn't work?" under it within 72 hours and your payment covers another try, free. This works up to two times in any 30 days. Would you rather have the money? A video you paid for and have not made, including one that failed, was refused or was sent back, can be refunded in full with one tap on its page or in My videos, no questions. The refund reaches your card in 5 to 10 days.
Anything else
Email hello@trycracked.app. We look at every other request one by one. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
