How an order works
Order on the order page with your store link and your email. That is all we need: we make the ads from your own footage, photos, reviews and offer, taken from your site and the ads you already run. Your 3 ads arrive within 3 days of paying, and your order page shows where they are. We email you the link to it when you pay.
Something is off
If your product looks wrong in an ad, we redo it free. One round of changes for anything else is included: ask on your order page. See Refunds.
Can I run them as paid ads?
Yes. For paid ads, use the silent version and add sound the ad platform licenses for ads.
Where is my video?
It is in My videos, in the browser you paid in. To open it anywhere else, add your email on the video page and use the sign-in link we send. If it came out wrong, use the "Didn't work?" button under it within 72 hours.
